Emily Crane
As CEO, Ms. Crane manages the overall operations and resources of Ikonopedia. Prior to Ikonopedia, Ms. Crane was a key executive with one of the nations foremost teleradiology providers. Prior to that, she was research director at KLAS Research.

Todd Angyal
Todd Angyal joined Ikonopedia in 2014 bringing more than 20 years of healthcare IT experience. Mr. Angyal manages the operations and client services at Ikonopedia, facilitating company activity in sales, marketing, implementations, and support channels. Since joining Ikonopedia, Mr. Angyal has worked to ensure strategic vision translates into operational actions. Prior to this role, Mr. Angyal managed professional services for the leading healthcare IT integration engine Corepoint Health, and the implementation and technology services for T-System, Inc.

Wayne Millsap
Wayne Millsap, CFO has expertise in strategic planning, capital formation through private equity and venture capital, debt financing and corporate governance. He has served as the CFO for companies in the software, telecom, healthcare and medical device sectors. Previous experience also includes CFO of a real estate development, management and leasing company; Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in consulting and audit; and Partner in a regional CPA and consulting firm. Wayne earned BBA degrees in Finance and Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Thomas Hjelm
Thomas Hjelm joined Ikonopedia in 2012 to help lead the development of their next-generation breast reporting and tracking system. Since that time, Mr. Hjelm quickly moved into the role of Director of Software Development -- leading an agile team of developers to produce quality software. Prior to Ikonopedia, Mr. Hjelm spent five years as a language teacher in Japan. During that time he built a language learning website called RhinoSpike.com and is versatile in all aspects of software development.

Gabe Montemayor
Gabe Montemayor joined the Ikonopedia team in 2018 and has 20 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry. In his time here, he has improved processes for client communication, product delivery and implementations. Gabe earned his Six Sigma Black Belt certification in 2016 and is passionate about patient care. Prior to Ikonopedia, Gabe held various management roles at an industry leading EHR technology company and most recently served as Director of Technical and Integration Implementations.

Scott Stoll
Mr. Stoll joined Ikonopedia as Chief Product Officer in 2013 to guide development of a next-generation radiology project. In his role as CPO, Mr. Stoll is responsible for overseeing overall design of the product as well as contributing in a developer role. Prior to this, Mr. Stoll served as CTO of T-System, Inc. from it’s founding in 1995 and later moved into the role of Director of Strategic Initiatives.

László Tabár, MD, FACR (Hon)
Known internationally for his leadership in the landmark Two-County Trial, Dr. Tabár established the value of mammography in reducing mortality from breast cancer. Dr. Tabár is a physician, researcher, and educator who continues to contribute through his research, writing, lectures.

A. Thomas Stavros, MD, FACR
Internationally renowned for his expertise in ultrasound of the breast, Dr. Stavros has authored the definitive textbook, Breast Ultrasound and is considered one of the premier experts in the field. He is an invited lecturer, author of numerous peer reviewed articles, and was an investigator in the landmark ACRIN 6666 Trial.

Michael J. Vendrell, MD
Dr. Vendrell conceived of Ikonopedia and the patents upon which it is based. He is our domain expert for Breast MRI and has participated in the design of Ikonopedia’s modules for Mammography, Ultrasound, MRI, Biopsy, and Pathology. He currently is passionate about using Breast MRI without IV contrast for widespread screening. His longer term goal is better understanding the molecular basis of malignant transformation toward eventual development of primary prevention of breast cancer.

Eileen Smith, RT(R), RDMS
Eileen has been actively involved in the Radiology field for 35 years. She started her career working as an x-ray and mammography technologist for Radiology Imaging Associates in Denver. In 1989, Eileen was chosen to be mentored by A. Thomas Stavros MD and Steve H. Parker MD for hands on internal ultrasound training. She has been a sonographer for more than 25 years with an emphasis on breast ultrasound and was the lead educator for breast sonography at Sally Jobe Breast Center in Denver. She has participated in numerous trials for testing ultrasound equipment and biopsy devices to aid in the early detection of breast disease. She has been and will remain a passionate educator and advocate for breast health.

Ronnie Rios
Ronnie joined Ikonopedia in January of 2019 as Manager of Client Services. Mr. Rios is responsible for offering support & solutions to issues for our clients. Previously, Mr. Rios served as a Senior Lead Technical/Implementation Analyst for 7 years & 3 years as an IT Network Analyst with T-System, Inc.

Woodrow Gandy, MD
Woodrow Gandy attended the University of Texas, obtaining his M.D. degree from U.T. Southwestern Medical School and continuing with postgraduate training in Internal Medicine at the University of California Davis and San Francisco. He served as chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Baylor Medical Center, Irving before co-founding T-System, Inc., which developed the widely-acclaimed eponymous emergency department information system. He serves on the board of numerous healthcare-related organizations.

Rob Langdon, MD
Rob Langdon, MD is a physician, entrepreneur and investor who co-founded T-System, Inc. a company dedicated to providing charting solutions and information systems to emergency departments and other health care facilities. He served as CEO of T-System from it’s founding in 1995, and as a board director from 2010 to 2017. Currently, Dr. Langdon is an active investor in early stage life science companies and serves on several corporate and non-profit boards. He is board certified in Emergency Medicine with over twenty years of clinical practice.

James Fontaine
James Fontaine is a six-time serial entrepreneur currently serving as Executive Chairman of Motus Labs, a Robotics startup that has developed a breakthrough and disruptive technology that is destined to change the service and industrial robotics market. He is also Executive Chairman of Tella Firma, a Construction-Tech company that manufactures and sells a patented new-construction foundation system. Additionally, he is a guest lecturer on Entrepreneurism at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) and Southern Methodist University (SMU).

Whitney Johns Martin
Whitney Johns Martin is a Managing Director of TWV Capital and a co-founder of the Texas Women Ventures family of funds. From the firm’s inception, Whitney has been instrumental in its concept and evolution, its mission and its funds. Whitney’s areas of responsibility include raising capital, business development, deal structure and investor relations. Whitney is a pioneer in the field of private equity for women and brings over three decades of entrepreneurial, legal and business experience. She is an investor in all Texas Women Ventures funds and serves on the Investment Committee.

Matthew Gromet, JD, MD
Dr. Gromet is an experienced specialist in breast imaging at Charlotte Radiology, where he served as mammography section chief for 20 years. His focus on quality, efficiency and service to both patients and clinicians guided his section’s growth from inception to 150,000 breast procedures annually. In particular, his commitment to clear, consistent reporting and meticulous case tracking tools have allowed him to develop comprehensive mammography audits exceeding MQSA requirements.
